ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders within Australia. You should receive your item within 1 - 3 days, depending on when you placed your order.
ORDERS FROM NEW ZEALAND
Pearls & Lace ships to New Zealand for a flat rate of AUD$15, with shipping via Registered post. Estimated delivery time is between 3 and 10 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Pearls & Lace offers a flat rate International shipping rate of AUD$40 and is sent via Registered Post. Estimated delivery time is between 3 and 10 days.
For all orders, Pearls & Lace will inform you once your item has shipped. Once Pearls & Lace has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Pearls & Lace is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Pearls & Lace, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Pearls & Lace. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Pearls & Lace accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB card. Direct Debit is also available, please contact info@pearlsandlace.com.au if you would like to pay via direct debit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Pearls & Lace understands that purchasing an item of clothing over the internet can sometimes be tricky, which is why we offer returns/exchanges on any items (except items which are marked as “Final Sale”). To be able to exchange or obtain a refund, the item must be in its original condition (i.e. unworn and unwashed) with the tags still on. Pearls & Lace cannot accept exchanges on earrings or underwear. You must contact Pearls & Lace within 7 days of date of purchase. Please follow the following steps with regards to returns or exchanges.

Contact Pearls & Lace within 7 days of date of purchase on customercare@pearlsandlace.com.au informing us of the item to be returned/exchanged, including the item style number. |

Once item has been approved for return/exchange, you will then receive a Returns Authorisation number (RA#). |

Fill out the Returns Form you should have received with your item, quoting your RA#. Pearls & Lace cannot accept returns or exchanges without an RA#. If you do not have a copy of the Returns Form, please contact: customercare@pearlsandlace.com.au. |

Send back the item to Pearls and Lace at the following address: Pearls & Lace GPO Box 2376 Sydney NSW 2001 We recommend that you return your item via registered post as Pearls & Lace does not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged items. If you are exchanging your item for another item, please inform Pearls & Lace prior to sending your item back so we can check the availability of your requested item. |

Once Pearls & Lace receives your item, we will either credit you for the total value (including shipping) of the faulty item, send to you an item in exchange, or we will send through to you a credit note that can be redeemed for any other item in stock. Pearls & Lace must receive the returned item within 14 days of the customer receieving the RA#. |
Note: Pearls & Lace reserves the right to refuse or reject returns or exchanges where the correct procedure as outlined above has not been followed.
Pearls & Lace strongly advises customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
